Aerosol 2007, the FEA International Aerosol Congress and Exhibition is scheduled from the September 18th until 20th in Manchester, U.K. organized by FEA (European Aerosol Federation) and hosted by the British Aerosol Manufacturer's Association. The exhibition is scheduled to taken place at Manchester from 18-20 September 2007
and has attracted participants from all over the world including DAIZO Corporation, TOYO Aerosol Industry Co., Ltd. and MITANI Valve Co., Ltd. from Japan.

Mitani Group participated in the Exhibition which was set up as an Annex to The 25th International Aerosol Congress held in Athens, Greece. |

 Mitani Group introduced our strategic products such as, a compact size fine mist sprayer trigger pump (Z-305 type), a compact type fine mist and up-side down sprayer pump (Z-35, Z-155 and others) which can be sprayed at all position, metering valve, a dual spray pattern actuator and a newly developed regulator button which has a mechanism of adjusting inside pressure.

Our booth was deserved visitors' attention by its unified and sophisticated design and enjoyed many guests from more than 60 companies.
We could have the chances of commercial discussion and exchange market information with Global marketers and raw material suppliers in Europe during the exhibition and Mitani Europe GmbH is following the each discussion. |

The 25th International Aerosol Congress is scheduled from the September 27th until the 29th in Athens, Greece organized by FEA (European Aerosol Federation) and hosted by the Hellenic Aerosol Association. An exhibition is concurrently shceduled in the same conference building of Divani Appllon Palace from 14:30 on the September 27th until 12:15 on the 29th. DAIZO Corporation (loading manufacturer), Mitani Valve Co., Ltd. (valve and pump manufacturer) and others are planned to paticipate in the exhibition.

Our company will have its 50th anniversary in 2006.
On this occasion, set a target to achieve 10% of the world's aerosol valve market share, aiming to be a global company in the true sense.
As a starting gambit we will establish a subsidiary company in Hong Kong, MITANI (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., with our 100% investment and they will start their business activities from March this year.
They will expand the sales with AQL guarantee, targeting Southeast Asia including China.

Completion of factory expansion in Shirakawa factory |

The factory expansion work has completed in Shirakawa factory of Mitani Seimitsu, a production base of hand spray products, thus the manufacturing floor space was expanded by 50% and the production environment was much improved.

| Mitani group proudly introduced our metering valve lineup with our original mechanism which had already been sold in Japan, a dual pattern actuator (turning of the actuator to the right or to the left allows the changing of the spraying pattern between normal and jet spraying), a compact type sprayer pump (Z-35type/45.0ml) which adopt the accumulator injection system, and also a compact size fine mist sprayer trigger pump (Z-305type/300ml), which we pursued miniaturization and sophisticated design, caught everyone eyes realizing with the accumulator injection system. |

We enjoyed having more than 100 companies including the guests from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North America, South America, Africa, and Oceania as well.
We could have the chances of individual interviews of major marketers, raw material suppliers, and processing makers in Europe during the session.
Getting a powerful response at the exhibition, people showed a great interest in a compact trigger pump for its design and mechanism. We are fully prepared to launch.

Mitani (Thailand) Co., Ltd. completes the construction of its 4th plant |

Toyo Seikan Kaisya, Ltd (President: Hirofumi Miki) and Mitani Valve Co., Ltd. (President: Takao Mizuguchi) have announced that Mitani (Thailand) Co., Ltd, a plant operation company of Mitani Valve in Thailand, completed the construction of its 4th plant and the new plant started its full operation this February.
Mitani (Thailand) had been working on this plant since its business agreement with Toyo Seikan in June of 2002 on pump productions. In addition, a part of the pump production facilities owned by Toyo Seikan was relocated to the new plant and Mitani (Thailand) has coordinated the relocation to prepare for the local production and adjustment of the equipment. The industry is interested in a new business approach made by them in the form of manufacturing contract-out. The opening ceremony of the new plant in Thailand was held on January 22, 2003 with the participation of representatives from both companies to announce the start-up.
With the full support of Toyo Seikan, the new plant started its operation with one assembly line of 3CC dispenser. Mitani Valve plans to relocate some productions lines at Kawasaki plant including a trigger pump assembly line to the new plant by the end of this year. When this relocation of the production lines is completed, the production capacity at the plant will increase to 200 million pumps.
